Estimated Delivery Times

Most DealBuckz items have an estimated shipping transit time of 5 business days, while some items may take approximately 11 business days after shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing time may vary by product and supplier and is additional unless the product listing states otherwise. Please review any item-specific delivery information before ordering.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Shipping charges for other orders are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing and Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Multiple Packages

Items may ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive separately. If your order contains multiple items, they may have different delivery estimates and tracking numbers.

Shipping Delays

Carrier disruptions, weather, holidays and other circumstances may affect delivery estimates. If we become aware of a shipment delay, we will provide updates and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Shipping Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but address changes may not be possible once processing or shipment has begun.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is missing, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact support@dealbuckz.com promptly. Include your order number, details of the issue and photos where available.

We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
